This course, led by Rabbi Jordan and a local mindfulness coach, seeks to help us strengthen our wellness skills, through various techniques such as journaling, meditation, deep listening, and more. We will apply these practices to our everyday life and interpersonal relationships, helping us grow in our awareness of how behavior impacts ourselves and the world around us. We learn about the value and importance of mindfulness through traditional Jewish texts and see how our sages incorporated the values of wellness and mindfulness into their lives. You will also build a cohort with your fellow classmates, get a free dinner each week, and earn a $300 stipend!
- Thrive Fellows will participate in 10 weeks of learning every Wednesday 6:30-8pm, starting February 21
