Who is Alex Edelman?
Alex Edelman is a critically acclaimed stand-up comedian, writer, and actor. He is best known for his award-winning solo show, Just for Us, which premiered on Broadway in 2023 and on HBO in 2024. Just for Us was named a NYT Critic's Pick and earned him a 2024 special Tony Award and an Emmy Award. In 2024, he was named to the Time 100 list of the world's most influential people.
Edelman writes for and stars as Adam Cooper in the Peacock mockumentary series The Paper, a spin-off of The Office. He also appeared in Unfrosted on Netflix.

What do I need to get a ticket?
A university email ending in ".edu"

How much do tickets cost?
Tickets are free for WashU students faculty/staff, and other college students by invitation.

When should I arrive?
Doors open at 7:15. Guests are encouraged to arrive early to provide ample time for security and ensure you can get your seat before the show starts.

Can I bring a bag?
Bags and backpacks are best left home. If you have to bring a bag, it will be subect to screening, which may delay your entry.

What should I bring?
Just you and (your campus ID)!

Where is the event?
The event venue will be shared when you receive your ticket!

Who is sponsoring the event?
This event is hosted by the Jewish Student Association and Hillel Leadership Council at WashU with support from Student Union, WashU Hillel, and Hillel International
