Parent & Family Shabbat Dinner: A Taste of St. Louis
Friday, October 20: 7:00pm | Hillel, 6300 Forsyth Blvd.
This dinner is a must-attend event- not only to enjoy delicious food with your student and their friends, but also to experience for yourself the vibrant and warm community that epitomizes Shabbat at Hillel. Enjoy some of St. Louis' classic cuisine at Hillel with toasted ravioli, BBQ beef brisket, twice baked potatoes, green beans, and more! We will be hosting both Conservative and Reform services at 5:45PM before dinner. As always, dinner is free for students. Cost for parents and family members is $20 per person. Please RSVP by Sunday, October 16th at 9PM CST by clicking here.
We are thrilled that Randy Schoenberg will be speaking with us after dinner. Randy is the attorney who represented Maria Altman in reclaiming two Gustav Klimt paintings from the Austrian government, which were stolen from her family by the Nazis during WWII. You may be familiar with Randy's story and experience in handling this litigation as he was portrayed by Ryan Reynolds in the feature film, "Woman in Gold" (also starring Helen Mirren). Randy is the father of Dora (LA '20), and husband of WashU alumna and Hillel Parents Council member, Pam.
Parent and Family Shabbat Lunch

Shabbat lunch is free for students and student reservations are not required. Cost for parents and family members is $12 per person. Please RSVP by Sunday, October 16th at 9PM CST by clicking here.
