Domestic Violence Awareness Month

WashU Hillel invites our community to learn more about Domestic Violence and how we can end violence in our world. Check below for updates on programs and events. Here is our line up:

10/4-10/5: Silent Witness Walk Through Program
11am-2pm
Location TBD
Join an important partnership between WashU Hillel and the National Council of Jewish Women to experience the Silent Witness (SW) Program on campus. SW is an exhibit where life-sized cut outs of folks also have a survivor's story attached, with a reflection piece at the end to help process the injustices occurring within our own community. We will have support at the site for folks in need.

10/19: Healthy Relationships Shabbat
7pm
WashU Hillel
Take this shabbat dinner to rest and reflect on how to foster healthy relationships. Lead by HLC Social Justice Cohort Member Monica Sass.

Additionally, we will be volunteering at The Women's Safe House in St. Louis (more details to come!)

If you have any other questions or want to help with these efforts, please contact our Social Justice Fellow Margaret Butler at margaret@washuhillel.org
